Nice place and well taken care of but lot rent is high.
PARENTS BEEN HERE FOR OVER 30 YEARS.. THEY LOVED THIS PLACE ..I like it cause it's so quite no one bothers us at all..
Don't help anyone my relative actually had 2 call another trailer park to get any advice/help to get something fixed as was not typical thing since old style trailer and she had money 2 fix it there pool sucks clubhouse sucks and noise all day n night from hwy like road and train tracks r rite there
I just purchased my first home today and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The ladies in the office were kind, considerate, and took their time to answer every question I had. They made me feel comfortable and proud of my decision to purchase a home in alpine village! The park is beautiful, the homes are well kept, and the people are friendly!
Great Customer Service , Clean Community and it's safe .
